About Me
As a consultant and facilitator, I bring a fresh perspective and a deep understanding of the challenges that teams and departments face in today's constantly changing world. My goal is to help organizations become highly adaptive by increasing equity and efficiency. I do this by helping to solve problems internally, identifying gaps in staffing, maximizing employee potential, reducing waste, and improving morale.

As a certified Change Management Specialist and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Professional, I bring the tools and skills to help your organization identify and reduce waste, increase efficiency, and architect implementation to be successful and persistent.
My approach is asset-based, focusing on whole-team participation, collaborative vision casting, and mutual respect. I believe that every team has untapped resources and my goal is to help organizations achieve their full potential.
I offer two workshops: a Core Identity Workshop and a Roles and Responsibilities Workshop. My workshops are tailored to the unique needs of each of my clients.
I typically work with departments, teams, and administrative offices in organizations and public school districts.
What sets me apart is my belief that organizations already have the people who are most capable of solving problems and driving innovation. I am also passionate about continuous improvement and empowering teams to do the work of self-evaluation and growth on their own.
